Job summary

PwC is seeking an Associate in Information Technology Operations to assist in developing, implementing and maintaining IT governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor IT controls and support audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT governance/IT controls experience.
Good knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, end-user devices, and IT service management.
Experience with internal controls, audits and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks and policies.
Support IT risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of IT controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Assist with internal audits and regulatory assessments.
Prepare audit submission documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
