Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for finance-related technology platforms, primarily NetSuite and ERP workflow modules
• Act as the key liaison between IT, finance teams, and external vendors
• Manage system implementations and coordinate with solution providers
• Oversee integration between finance systems and other enterprise platforms
• Develop and execute finance system enhancements aligned with business goals
• Support end users with training and troubleshooting
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and system security across finance platforms

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in IT systems management, focusing on finance platforms
• Strong NetSuite knowledge and experience with ERP workflow modules
• Solid accounting/finance background to effectively bridge technical and financial requirements

• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into system solutions
