Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot network and PC systems. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $3,500/month along with performance-based bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.

Overview

Set up, install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware, software, LAN, and network systems.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, standard software, and in-house applications.

Install, configure, and maintain network services for clients.

Administer and maintain the company’s Local Area Network (LAN), Fortigate firewall, and Microsoft 365 admin centre.

Participate actively in IT-related projects and system improvement initiatives.

Undertake any other IT duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT support for desktop/laptop hardware, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
• Strong technical knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
• Experience with VMware servers and SAN will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to adhere to internal IT policies and procedures.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience, including Windows Server OS (2016), Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.

• Location: Senoko Drive

• Salary: Up to $3,500/month × 13 months + Variable Bonus (based on individual & company performance)

• Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
