Overview

My client is seeking a IT Administrator to manage the day-to-day IT operations and support internal users across our business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues
  • Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Manage user access, account setup, and IT onboarding for new staff
  • Maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, and software licensing compliance
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Perform regular system health checks and ensure backup procedures are in place
  • Assist in ongoing IT improvement projects and digitalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with the internal software team on testing and integration of tools or applications
Qualifications
  • Cert, Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 year of IT support or helpdesk experiences
  • Solid knowledge in basic networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Able to support various hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, smartphones)
