About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT, ERP & Facilities Executive to support and enhance our technology systems, website/server infrastructure, and operational facilities. This role ensures the smooth functioning of our ERP system, IT environment, and essential equipment by coordinating with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Management (Microsoft BC)
  • Maintain, support, and troubleshoot the company’s ERP system, Microsft BC (e.g., inventory, sales, purchasing, finance modules).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, and master data within the ERP.
  • Work with internal teams to understand operational needs and configure ERP functions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for ERP enhancements, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Generate and automate reports for management, including sales, stock, costing, and operational dashboards.
IT Support & Infrastructure
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff (hardware, software, network, email, and account access).
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and network devices.
  • Manage data backup systems, cloud storage, and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain company-wide IT assets and licensing.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding staff with IT setups and access control.
Website & Server Management
  • Manage and monitor the company’s website hosting, servers, and backend infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot website performance issues, uptime, DNS, SSL renewal, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Liaise with developers, hosting providers, or e-commerce partners for updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
  • Ensure regular backups, server security patches, and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Support integrations between ERP, website, and other digital platforms.
Facilities & Machinery Management
  • Coordinate with machinery and equipment vendors for troubleshooting, repair, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Act as the primary contact for contractors handling cold room systems, freezers, weighing scales, packing machinery, office equipment, CCTV, and other facility-related hardware.
  • Maintain a vendor list, service logs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor equipment performance and elevate issues early to reduce downtime.
  • Support basic on-site troubleshooting before engaging external technicians.
  • Assist in facility-related improvement projects or upgrades.
Process & Digital Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through digital tools, automation, or ERP enhancements.
  • Support implementation of new IT systems, integrations, digitalisation projects (e.g., CRM, WMS, e-commerce integrations), or hardware upgrades.
  • Provide training to staff on ERP, IT systems, or equipment usage.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or ERP system management (experience in wholesale, FMCG, or logistics industries is a plus).
  • Good understanding of ERP systems, SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands‑on experience in Windows OS, networks, and peripherals.
  • Resourceful, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
