Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Act as the M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide internal teams and support users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server and network-related issues affecting M365 services.
  • Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and detailed root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security.
  • Provide knowledge-sharing, technical guidance, and best practices to colleagues.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
  • Hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve L2/L3 escalations and critical incidents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
