A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Professional to install, manage, and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in IT and at least 3 years of experience in providing end-user support, alongside strong problem-solving and customer service skills. This role requires effective communication in English and a commitment to managing IT operations efficiently.
Installing computer hardware and software.
Perform assets, Inventory, and deployment (hardware and software) management.
Liaise with IT vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely quality service delivery.
Support and troubleshoot any IT related problem.
Supporting other Meinhardt Global Branch Office.
Provide day-to-day IT support operations and ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Implement and maintain the computer systems so they are compliant with the organization’s guidelines or SOP (Standards Operating Procedure).
Troubleshooting basic network and software issues.
Active Directory, o365 and SharePoint administration.
Training staff on computer, system and cyber security.
Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Responding to general IT requests.
Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
Weekly reports and meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Take proper security measures for the systems.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Ensure that all installed systems and infrastructure are managed and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Basic knowledge in Cisco command & Cisco Email Security products.
