The Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer who is passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will be the key technical architect for our customer‑facing website and mobile application. You will bridge the gap between design and technology, turning complex ideas into functional, high‑performance, and user‑friendly products. Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain our responsive website and mobile application (iOS/Android or cross‑platform).
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into clean, efficient, and responsive code.
• Front‑End Development: Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use, ensuring technical feasibility of designs.
• Back‑End Integration: Develop and manage server‑side logic, databases, and APIs to support front‑end functionality.
• Performance & Optimization: Ensure the technical performance, speed, and scalability of applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
• Technical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Ensure security and data protection throughout the software lifecycle.
• Stay Current: Continuously research and implement new technologies and best practices to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Full‑Stack Developer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web and app projects.
• Front‑End Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back‑End Proficiency:
  • Experience with server‑side languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or PHP.
  • Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or.
• Mobile Development: Experience with native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross‑platform (React Native, Flutter) mobile development.
• UI/UX Sensibility: A strong eye for design and user experience, with the ability to adhere to and contribute to design systems.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
