A technology-focused company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first and second level support for IT systems. Responsibilities include managing Office 365 services, overseeing IT onboarding, and conducting system maintenance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude. Provide first and second level support to staffs and ensure smooth run of IT systems for daily operation.
Manage Office 365 (Exchange Email, One Drive, SharePoint Sites, Teams etc.)
Manage IT on/off boarding of staffs and any workstation relocation
Setup video conference & meeting room (Polycom, Teams, Zoom)
Manage shared folder permission, including SharePoint Sites
Support Head of IT in monitoring the service delivery quality of outsourced vendor.
IT procurement & asset inventory registration.
Manage internal intranet Microsoft SharePoint site.
Manage patching task with vendors.
System documentation, administration, maintenance of IT related tasks.
Manage Sophos cloud antivirus, Veeam backup & restore, Darktrace antispam, Fortigate Firewall and Forticlient VPN.
Ensure server monthly maintenance report recommendations are address timely
Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts, Group Policy (GPO)
Assist with other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance, etc.) as required.
Network monitoring/ O365 admin center management/ Investigate on PRTG/ Firewall/ security alerts - Level 2
Investigate on system failure /security alerts.
Assist on daily SAP transport request.
Able to standby outside of office hours and travel to subsidiaries office when necessary
Render technical support and advice to subsidiaries, work with subsidiaries IT to align with group IT direction.
Any adhoc task as assigned.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Process ITE or higher in IT related qualification
Knowledge in Vmware virtualization environment and LAN/WAN networking skills
Knowledge in Windows Server 2022 and above, Win 11, Office 365, Ninjio.
Added advantage if experienced in video conference system, VLAN, Fortigate firewall, AD, GPO, Suse Linux, Veeam backup and power automate skills.
