Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Team and conduct regular performance evaluations of all team managers
- Conduct regular training for the entire IT staff
- Maintain the best relations with our clients
- Regularly check our business SOPs and amend or improve them as necessary
- Recruit the most suitable candidates from overseas, ensuring they have relevant experience
- Promote our business to local hotels and expand our business
- Travel overseas to recruit suitable IT candidates and promote our business
