Job Description

• Provide end-to-end support in drafting, reviewing, managing, and monitoring contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies and regulations, timely execution and renewals, and strong governance across the Singapore office.
• Act as the subject matter expert in outsourcing processes, driving vendor contract management, governance, performance reviews, and due diligence in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or other analytical tools to deliver actionable insights on contract and vendor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, with more than 5 years of experience in managing projects and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with industry practices and regulatory standards.
• Strong knowledge of MAS Guidelines, outsourcing requirements, and third-party risk management within the banking sector, with proven expertise in contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Experienced in managing IT projects and service agreements, with a solid understanding of IT trends, vendor management practices in banking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in contract drafting, documentation, and reporting.
