About the company

We are seeking an IT Business Partner (Global Role) to serve as the critical strategic partner between our global Tech Function and our local market across the region. This is a pivotal role in driving digital adoption and ensuring our cutting-edge products deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• FMCG/Beverages/Retail etc industry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for our business unit. Use your deep business acumen and market expertise to ensure global strategy is locally relevant.
• Engage senior executives and local leadership to capture regional challenges and business priorities, translating these findings into requirements for the global product backlog.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for major product rollouts, including large-scale ERP deployments (e.g., Dynamics 365, PeopleSoft, JDE), to maximize business value and efficiency across local markets.
• Act as a core member of monthly Executive Review Boards, presenting the Tech roadmap and leading high-level discussions to lead the allocation of resources and technology budget decisions in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Oversee the delivery of tech products for your management entity and ensure continuous improvement and compliance across the end-to-end business process.

Skills and experience required

Proven experience as an IT Business Partner, ideally within the FMCG/Beverages/Retail etc industries. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them in complex, cross-functional projects.

Strong business understanding and ability to engage stakeholders at leadership level.

Ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into tech requirements. Familiarity with formal processes and structured ways of working; ability to follow and enforce IT processes.
