  • Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Project Management | 6 months | Public Sector)
  • Duration: 6 months (with extension)
  • Location: 1 Coleman Street, #08-06 The Adelphi
  • Salary Range: $5000-$5500
  • Eligibility: Only Singaporeans
Job Highlights
  • Work closely with Product management team to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the liaison between business users, developers, testers, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for enhancements and implementations:
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct regular status updates and stakeholder communications
  • Support system testing, including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRD, PRD, FRS, meeting notes, etc.).
  • Follow Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
Requirements
  • At least a Degree in any relevant studies.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management within software application delivery environments.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise software (e.g., D365, Business Central etc).
  • Strong requirement-gathering and process modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and facilitate meetings.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
  • Certification in PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
  • Exposure to data migration, integration, or change management activities.
