Job description

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to advance digital transformation projects for Singapore government agencies!

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture objectives and translate them into detailed business and technical requirements.
• Define requirements across three main areas:
  LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, WOG Maestro)
  Enterprise data connectivity using RAG pipelines (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, Confluence)
  Autonomous agent workflows for task orchestration
• Analyse existing enterprise systems and propose secure connectors, data workflows, and integration methods.
• Document requirements for ELT pipelines, front‑end interfaces, and vector database use.
• Specify orchestration needs for bots and multi‑step automation workflows.
• Define user management, bot configuration, and monitoring dashboards for usage and performance.
• Work with QA teams to outline testing scenarios, performance metrics, and security testing (including VAPT).
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, supporting project planning, stakeholder updates, and training sessions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in business analysis on complex IT projects, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or LLM-related work.
• Hands‑on exposure to AWS cloud services, enterprise integration, and digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, API management, and containerised cloud environments.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and clear documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.
• Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
