Responsibilities

• Manage and support small-to-medium mobility solutions projects, ensuring delivery meets objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Conduct solution testing (functional, interface, etc.), including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Oversee UAT, ensuring all reported issues are resolved promptly with minimal impact on timelines.
• Execute deployments and provide post-implementation technical support to maintain smooth operations.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle for both in-house and contract-based projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Support regional/global solution rollouts across the SEA region.
• Work with business teams to develop strategic, product, and technical roadmaps.
• Monitor technology trends to propose solutions that enhance business competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and development efficiency.
• Support additional strategic initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in IT/technical solution/system development with strong SDLC knowledge.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactive, with excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
• Team player with leadership qualities, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willing to travel within the SEA region.
• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation abilities.

Advantageous

• Experience with MaaS, smart solutions, IoT projects, or connectivity devices.
• Knowledge of front-end/back-end system design, API integration, or IT project management.
• Familiarity with product discovery, system architecture, prototyping/wireframing (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Programming knowledge in Python, .NET, or Java.
