Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous improvements to strengthen operational resilience.
- Plan and coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security, and business units to ensure readiness and alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adjusting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plan effectiveness.
- Lead incident response communications and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and preparedness for future disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, with proven experience in incident response leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
- Proficient in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, effective delegation, quick decision-making, and coordination with technology teams to ensure robust incident management.
