• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Familiar with OOP, data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Linux or Windows operating system.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for developing and supporting operations support systems (OSS). You will be involved in application development, testing, as well as support and maintenance of the systems, to ensure that systems meet user’s functional and system requirements.

• Participate in requirement workshops to capture software and system requirements
• Build and maintain software applications and automation scripts for automating process or infrastructure management tasks such as provisioning, troubleshooting, resolution, configuration change, and compliance check
• Participate and work in an agile environment to deliver software releases according to the release schedule
• Develop automation scripts for the deployment and release of software code and packages
• Develop efficient and clean code
• Manage code documentation and version control
• Troubleshoot and debug software
• Participate in on-call rotation to resolve production issues

Skills for Success:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
