Job summary

Job description

System & Project Support (70%)

  • Prepare Operating System Requests and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) system.
  • Monitor and coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and progress with Radiology Informatics teams.
  • Organize and lead troubleshooting discussions with IT stakeholders.
  • Create and update user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources.
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and vendor-related processes for Radiology IT initiatives.

Intra-Cluster Processes & Services

  • Manage and improve intra-cluster referral workflows.
  • Oversee leasing contracts for equipment and related services.
  • Coordinate outsourcing arrangements where necessary.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement (5%)

  • Conduct data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in contract management, vendor management, IT, or project management—preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and networking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-office support when required.
