About the Role

We are seeking an IT Administrator who is a specialist, passionate about tech and takes pride in his or her work. The candidate must be proactive and capable to be independent in exploring new technologies and innovative workflows with strategic direction lead by the Head Of New Ventures. We need someone with the drive to bring meaningful changes to the organization and enable us to scale globally.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, ctively exploring new solutions, and comfortable suggesting and implementing improvements. They must be proactive in their work and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

We are looking for someone keen to learn and explore, who needs an opportunity to demonstrate their potential. The candidate should have approximately 2-3 years of working experience and a strong interest in administrative and IT work. Extensive IT experience is not required, but the candidate should have some IT background and be tech‑savvy. They must be flexible and able to adapt to new technologies and evolving company processes.

Responsibilities
Administrative
  1. Post job advertisements on various platforms
  2. Select and organize photos from projects in SharePoint for marketing purposes
  3. Manage job postings on various platforms including print media, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  4. Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
  5. Handle company communication channels
Technical
  1. Manage IT support requests such as password resets and MFA resets
  2. Gain exposure to managing Microsoft 365 Admin, Entra ID (IAM), Intune (MDM), Defender, Purview
  3. Collaborate with the Head of IT on internal process improvements and optimization
  4. Learn about end‑to‑end IT processes
  5. Be involved in new AI and Robotics initiative
Compliance
  1. Support ISO 27001 and 9001 compliance management SOPs and records for clients (end‑to‑end process) with guidance from certified internal auditor.
  2. Assist to prepare client for internal and external audits.
