A leading healthcare solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage accounts within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, engaging customers, and identifying solutions that meet their business needs. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in IT, strong communication skills, and a background in tender submissions. Competitive compensation is offered.

Responsibilities

• Owning a set of accounts in Singapore Public Healthcare
• Generate Products and Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of account coverage in Healthcare sector
• Work on solutions-based selling, identification of customer pain points and aligning appropriate solutions to meet the customer's business needs
• Business Development and creating sales opportunities while engaging customers
• Perform bid analysis based on solutions offered with competitor landscape to generate competitive bid for submission
• Customer engagement and visitation to explain solutions offered
• Identify key stakeholders within accounts to continue the growth extending reach to different business units within the accounts
• Sales experience in the IT industry or healthcare sector is an added advantage

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years and above experience in IT
• Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
• Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving skills
• Team Player and Confident, Direct with Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
