We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or account management and a passion for helping businesses achieve their technology goals. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. You will represent a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions and work closely with internal engineers to deliver customised infrastructure and system integration services.
Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service adoption.
Present and position solutions such as servers, networking, virtualisation, and cybersecurity systems to meet client needs.
Work collaboratively with engineers to develop tailored proposals and deliver end-to-end IT solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long‑term strategic partnerships.
Support sales forecasts, client reports, and documentation related to ongoing projects.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, system integration, and enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
