Job summary

Hiwin Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a quality professional to maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring products meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements. You will coordinate internal and external audits, investigate defects, apply root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions across manufacturing of ball screws and linear guideways.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or precision-engineering environment.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System and coordinating audits.
• Experience investigating product defects, non-conformities or customer complaints.
• Experience in root-cause analysis and corrective-action implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tolerances.
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods (e.g., root-cause analysis, 5 Why, fishbone, CAPA).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Ensure quality processes, procedures and records comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, documents and records required for ISO 9001 audits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external auditors during audits.
• Follow up on audit findings, non-conformities and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
• Support management review meetings and prepare the required quality data and reports.
• Manage quality assurance activities for the manufacture of products, including ball screws and linear guideways.
• Review and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection standards and related documents.
• Monitor inspection results, product quality trends and quality performance indicators.
