Job summary

You will plan and implement a child-centred programme based on cycles of observation, documentation and evaluation, build strong partnerships with families, and ensure compliance with government regulations and quality assurance standards to foster continuity of learning between centre and home.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) are required.
• Applicant should hold relevant infant/toddler care qualifications.
• Qualifications align with early years development standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and supports learning and holistic development of infants and toddlers.
• Plans and implements a child-centered programme based on observation, documentation and evaluation.
• Establishes strong partnerships with families to support continuity of learning between centre and home.
• Complies with government regulations and quality assurance framework.
