Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of physical deliverable iron ore futures.
• Conduct market research to identify user needs and demand potential.
• Build the product roadmap, including enhancements and new contract variants.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate product design and gain adoption.
• Present product concepts and updates to internal and external parties.
• Develop relationships with market participants to increase liquidity.
• Define and oversee the design of physical delivery processes.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure robust delivery workflows.
• Establish criteria for approved brands and inspection agencies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing and marketing.
• Monitor key performance metrics and propose improvements.
