Job summary

A significant player in aviation maintenance in Singapore is looking for a candidate to join their Industrial Relations team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with union leaders and ensuring effective industrial relations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, ideally in a unionised environment.
• Familiarity with local labour legislation such as Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Experience in Union negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with union leaders to build strong Union-Management relations.
• Engage with unions on Collective Agreements and Profit Sharing Bonus.
• Preparation of material for management briefings and negotiations.
