Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Data Entry Assistant to support operations. Responsibilities include data entry, document filing, and invoicing. Candidates should be well-versed in MS Excel and have at least 2 years of experience in air transport logistics. This position starts as a 4-month contract with possible conversion to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years recent experience working with air transport logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily data entry to support operations.
• Assist in scanning & filing of documents.
• Issue invoices to customers within the timeframe.
• Familiar with air transport terminal import/export MAWB/HAWB.
• Cross-check and tally data.
• Perform simple processing.
• Manage Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.

• Issuing invoices to customers within the period time frame
• Familiar with air transport terminal import/ export MAWB/ HAWB
• Cross-check and tallying of data
• Simple processing
• Ad-Hoc duties as and when assigned
• 1x Full-time Immediate position available
• 5 days work week, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• Remarks: This is a 4-months contract with the possibility of converting to full-time employment
