Job summary

Lighthouse Canton, a Singapore-headquartered investment management firm, is seeking an Investment Research Analyst to support due diligence and ongoing monitoring of external fund managers, focusing on alternative strategies. You will analyse performance, risk, and manager materials to prepare concise notes and IC materials.

The role requires 2–4 years in investments or related analytics, strong data skills, and proficiency in Excel. CFA/CAIA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in investments, asset management, fund research, wealth management, consulting or related analytics.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with interest in investment performance and risk.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel and drawing conclusions from quantitative information.

Responsibilities

• Support qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective and existing fund managers.
• Analyse fund performance, risk, exposures, portfolio construction and positioning.
• Review manager materials, performance reports and due diligence documentation.
• Participate in manager meetings and calls and prepare concise investment notes.
