Serenity Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a high-calibre Investment & Relationship Associate to work directly with the Founder on a range of private and corporate investment initiatives — spanning energy, commodities, financial markets, and alternative assets.

This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of investments, strategy, and relationship management. The role involves supporting deal execution, managing an active portfolio of cross-border projects, and helping to maintain and expand a carefully cultivated network of partners, investors, and counterparties across Asia.

Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple investment and partnership projects (tracking, reporting, documentation)
  • Maintain relationship database and follow up with investors, partners, and advisors
  • Prepare investment briefs, meeting notes, and strategic summaries
  • Support due diligence, research, and project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • 2–6 years in private investment, banking, family office, consulting, or business development. Exceptional fresh graduates can also be considered.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills.
  • Mature, trustworthy, proactive, emotionally intelligent, able to represent the founder professionally.
