About the Firm

We are a private equity family office with a focus on global investment opportunities across direct deals, fund investments, and co‑investments. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations and Investment Associate to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a dynamic role that offers exposure to both investment execution and fundraising/investor relations activities. The successful candidate will support deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, while also assisting in capital raising initiatives and maintaining relationships with investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations / Fundraising Responsibilities

• Assist in fundraising initiatives including preparation of pitch decks, due diligence materials, and investor updates.
• Maintain CRM and investor databases; ensure timely communication and reporting to investors.
• Coordinate with external fund managers, partners, and service providers on investment and reporting matters.
• Support senior management in investor meetings, documentation, and follow‑up actions.

Investment Responsibilities

• Support the investment team in sourcing, screening, and evaluating investment opportunities across sectors and geographies.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Assist in preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related investment roles. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage with investors and stakeholders professionally.
• Self‑driven, meticulous, and comfortable working in a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
