Responsibilities

This role spans two core functions: Internal Investment Relations, External Partnerships & Sourcing, and Corporate Communications & PR Support.

Investment Relations & Public Relations
  • Principal Liaison: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client principals on a variety of subjects across scopes of work
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce tailored quarterly and ad-hoc consolidated reports summarizing performance, risk, and attribution across asset classes (private markets, PE, VC)
  • Presentation & Materials: Develop polished presentations, memos, and dashboards for family meetings and Investment Committee reviews
  • Data Translation: Distill complex data and investment strategies from managers and internal teams into clear, accessible insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Cross-Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with internal teams, external managers, and administrators to ensure seamless capital flow, reporting accuracy, and information management.
Corporate Communication & Partnerships
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage corporate LinkedIn and other social media accounts, ensuring content aligns with the family office’s brand and communications strategy
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare regular reports, updates, and briefing materials for the President under the guidance of the PR Director

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all corporate communications reflect the family office’s tone, professionalism, and strategic priorities
  • Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network across family offices, PE/VC funds, investment banks, and strategic partners

  • Relationship Management: Represent the family office in managing relationships with partners
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market insights, themes, and emerging trends to inform the investment team
Personal Attributes
  • Discretion & Integrity: Deep understanding of confidentiality within a family office setting
  • Exceptional Communicator: Able to simplify complex investment concepts for sophisticated, non-financial audiences
  • High EQ & Professionalism: Polished presence, relationship-builder, “white-glove” service mentality

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Produces accurate, high-quality work with discipline and rigor

Proactive & Entrepreneurial: Self-starter comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment
