Overview

The Investment Product Manager's responsibility is to report and work closely with the Investment Strategists to develop investment products, maintain and update investment products-related documentation, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product/provider due diligence, reviews and suitability assessments.
• Maintain and update product documentation and records
• Monitor product performance and conduct periodic reviews
• Prepare reports and data presentations
• Assist in product setup and ongoing maintenance
• Participate in system testing and enhancement projects
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Develop and maintain product-related policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold platform quality and efficiency
• Ensure seamless integration of products into PB platform by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields either Finance, Business, Economics or Banking with at least 5 years in financial industry and Private Banking or related position.
• Professional Certifications and Licenses: CACS certified CACS I and II, CMFAS certified: M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A
• Strong communication, organization, presentation, and data analysis skills
• Learning agility, professionalism, adaptability, and stress tolerance
• Collaborative mindset with initiative and resourcefulness
