We’re hiring an Investment & Portfolio Operations Executive for our client to join their team to support multi-asset portfolio reporting and investment operations across personal and corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare portfolio reports & performance analytics (TWR/MWR, NAV)
• Consolidate multi-entity investment results & cash positions
• Handle treasury ops & liaise with banks, brokers, fund admins
• Support IFRS/SFRS(I) accounting, audit & compliance processes
• Improve reporting processes & automation workflows

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in fund accounting / family office / investment ops
• Strong knowledge of equities, bonds, funds, real estate, structured products
• Advanced Excel (pivots, dashboards, formulas)
