Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore seeks an Investment Performance & Management professional to provide high-level portfolio oversight and strategic support. You will analyze portfolio data, develop inputs for investment strategy, and work with Investing Teams to align initiatives.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant investment experience.
Strong technical skills in financial analysis, modelling, valuation and investment return analysis, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on and detail-oriented, able to validate assumptions and ensure accuracy.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities with guidance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

Support senior management in formulating and communicating key investment strategies.
Analyse investment and portfolio data to derive insights.
Develop analytical inputs to inform investment strategy and capital allocation.
Collaborate with Investing Teams to support reviews of investment strategy and portfolio construction.
Support portfolio management and oversight, including tracking progress under the Portfolio Action Plan.
Assist in governance, training, and process improvements across IPM.
