A leading corporate finance firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience to lead IPOs and M&A transactions. The role involves assisting the Head of Investment Banking with deal origination, marketing, and evaluation. Ideal candidates should possess a recognized bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have experience in managing IPO executions as an Issue Manager or Sponsor. Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience.
• Experience in leading IPO executions where the bank acted as 'Issue Manager' or 'Sponsor' in the IPO.

• Lead the execution of IPOs, RTOs, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Execute merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions.
• Assist the Head of Investment Banking in deal origination and evaluation.

Education

Recognised bachelor's degree or above

• Leading the execution of IPOs, RTOs,atisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance transactions
• Leading the execution of merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions
• Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time

Requirements

• Recognised bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
• 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience
• Have experience in leading IPO executionswhere the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or “Sponsor” in the IPO
