Overview

This is a full-time on-site position in Singapore for an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate covering Asia. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, preparing financial models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. The candidate will work with team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. The role provides exposure to every aspect of the deal/transaction cycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation of opportunities, structuring and completing transactions, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter seeking to gain investment banking skills to become a deal maker.

Qualifications
  • Candidates with experience in regional markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and China) are highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A higher degree or relevant qualification is a plus.
