We are seeking a motivated Investment Associate to join our investment team. The successful candidate will be involved across the full investment lifecycle – from deal sourcing and evaluation to execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end investment process, including research, due diligence, and preparation of investment memos.
  • Evaluate private equity fund opportunities, co‑investments, and direct deals across multiple sectors and geographies.
  • Prepare presentation materials and analysis for the Investment Committee.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports and valuations.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses and strategic reviews.
  • Assist in managing relationships with fund managers, co‑investment partners, and advisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a small, collaborative team setting.
