Company Overview:

Our client is a leading well established Family Office in Singapore with operations and investments spanning various industries and asset classes internationally.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Finance and Investments team, reporting to the Director of Treasury & Investments. The role will be focused on supporting both treasury operations and investment activities within the family office. The role is full time, onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treasury Support: Prepare cash flow statements, assess available bank limits, and track cash movements to optimize treasury management.
  • Meeting Support: Draft minutes of meetings, action-tracking reports, and proposals for the Investment Committee. Help set the agenda for internal investment-related meetings.
  • Instruction Management: Prepare and monitor securities transfer and fund movement instructions. Liaise with banks on KYC matters and ensure compliance.
  • Investment Data Review: Construct, monitor, and review investment data related to various securities. Report on variances and prepare detailed weekly reports every Friday.
  • Research investment ideas & undertake due diligence
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate degree in a relevant discipline, undertaking CFA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills: A strong interest in investments across multiple asset classes.
    Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Understanding how a family office works is essential.
