Our client is a Singapore-based private equity investment firm focused on mid-market opportunities across Southeast Asia. The team is made up of experienced investment professionals who value collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Analysis & Research – Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuations, and scenario analyses. Perform sector and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Deal Execution Support – Assist in due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation. Work closely with external advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Investment Committee Preparation – Prepare clear and insightful investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees to support investment decisions.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Value Creation – Track portfolio company performance, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with portfolio company management, external advisors, and internal colleagues to drive collaboration and impact.
Experience & Skills:
  • 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
