The Role

Hiring an Analyst/Associate, Investor Solutions, Asia (based in Singapore) to support our clients dynamic fundraising and investor engagement efforts in the region.

Key Focus Areas

• Primary markets: Singapore, Korea, Japan
• Secondary markets: Hong Kong and ASEAN countries

Core Responsibilities Include

• Investor data management & targeting: Building target lists, maintaining LP/prospect profiles in Salesforce, conducting benchmarking, and tracking competitor & market intelligence
• Client relationship management: Managing communication lists, preparing presentation materials with the product team, attending LP meetings, and producing pre/post-meeting notes
• Fundraising campaign analytics, co-investment tracking, and sales strategy execution (logistics, timelines, roadshows, conferences)
• Compliance coordination: Maintaining meeting registers and ensuring regional marketing requirements are met

The Candidate

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a fund manager (GP), placement agent, consulting, distribution, private capital advisory or similar environment working with global teams
• Strong interest in private markets and infrastructure (prior infrastructure experience desirable but not required)
• Excellent analytical & technical skills with quick learning for investor needs
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and multitasking
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
• Understanding of private equity/infrastructure performance metrics a plus
• Japanese language skills desirable but not essential
