Job summary

Grandway Family Office Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the portfolio manager across the full investment process in Singapore. You will review manager and fund materials, run screening analyses, and draft Investment Committee memos to inform decisions.

Responsibilities include monitoring NAV, tracking exposures, performing attribution, and assisting with financial modeling for direct and private investments. Collaboration within a lean team is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, investment banking, transaction services, or fund administration.
• CFA candidate or charterholder preferred.
• Accounting qualification also welcome.

• Conduct market and macroeconomic research to inform asset allocation and tactical investment positioning.
• Perform company-level financial modeling and term-sheet analysis for direct and private investments.
• Prepare client and board reporting materials that communicate portfolio status and investment insights effectively.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a lean team, managing diverse tasks including detailed and routine work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manager and fund due diligence materials by reviewing factsheets, DDQs, and GP documents to evaluate investment opportunities
• Run screening and peer comparison analyses to identify relative strengths and weaknesses of investment options
• Draft clear, actionable Investment Committee memos summarizing research findings and recommendations
