BullionStar is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Support to ensure precise counting and secure handling of precious metals. You will work with the vault team to receive deliveries, verify counts, and prepare items for shipment, while assisting showroom displays and ensuring accurate inventory records.
This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, stamina, and reliability as core traits, with real responsibility from day one in a fast-paced precious metals environment.
Compensation: S$2,000-S$3,000/month + 13th-month bonus (AWS) + up to 3 months variable bonus (VB)
Work Arrangement: 5-day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
BullionStar is Singapore's leading precious metals dealer. We sell, buy back, store, and deliver physical gold, silver, and platinum to customers worldwide – from first-time buyers to large investors. We run a showroom in Singapore, an online store, and vault storage in several countries.
We are independently owned and keep our team small on purpose. There is no corporate red tape. Decisions happen fast, everyone is close to the customer, and every person makes a real difference. We've built our name on trust, honesty, and doing things right.
We're looking for people who like that kind of setup – people who want real responsibility, not fancy titles, and who get energy from building something rather than just keeping things running.
Every piece of gold and silver we hold belongs to someone who trusts us to keep it safe. When a customer stores with us, they trust that their metals are exactly where we say they are, in the right amount. When they place an order, they trust that the right product gets to the right place, on time. This role exists to protect that trust at the most basic level – by making sure every item is handled correctly, every time.
This is hands‑on, physical work. It needs someone who is strong, careful, and takes pride in getting things right. It's an entry‑level role, but the responsibility is real from day one. You'll be handling products worth thousands of dollars, where one counting mistake matters. For the right person – someone who is precise, reliable, and physically up for it – this is a great way to start a career in precious metals.
We care much more about who you are than what's on your CV. The right person will have most or all of these traits:
We don't require a specific diploma or degree. If you have the discipline, the physical ability, and the eye for detail, you can do well in this role no matter your background.
This is not a normal warehouse job. You're not shifting boxes of everyday goods – you're handling people's wealth. The level of care and accuracy needed goes well beyond typical warehouse work. Every single item counts.
It's not a desk job. You'll be on your feet and using your hands for most of the day. If you want something where you sit at a computer, this isn't it. If you like staying active and working with physical things, it's a great fit.
It's not a role where "good enough" will do. Every gram is counted. Every record is correct. Every step is followed. We want someone who finds that satisfying, not tiring.
