Job summary

CMR Group in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operative to receive, inspect, and verify goods, maintain stock records, and perform data entry for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. The role requires accuracy, safety, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will support deliveries and collections, ensure proper storage and labeling, conduct counts and reconciliations, and assist with related warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or equivalent completed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics systems.
• Medically fit for manual handling and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock using systems.
• Enter stock receipts/issues/transfers/adjustments accurately.
• Issue materials to end users while following stock procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Store, label and organize materials properly in warehouse.
• Operate forklift safely and per safety procedures.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections of materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Assist with other warehouse and admin duties as assigned.
