Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in East Singapore is hiring for an inventory and quality role. The position runs Mon to Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, with AWS and a bonus, and a salary up to 5,000 SGD monthly.

You will manage daily inventory, verify incoming goods and perform inspections with CMM and QC tools, ensuring records match and 5S standards. The role offers growth in a US multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Diploma or equivalent and experience in engineering or industrial supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate CMM equipment.
• Able to generate quality reports and handle stock control.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory management: receiving, issuing, counting and tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; ensure stock vs system matches.
• Regular stock checks, cycle counts and stocktaking.
• Verify incoming goods: quantities, descriptions, part numbers.
• Routine functional testing and test result recording.
• Product defect analysis and disposition.
• In-process and final inspection; measurement checks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to uphold quality.
• Provide inventory and quality documentation; maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Perform other warehouse and quality duties as assigned.
