This role plays a crucial supporting function to the Warehouse Executive, with its primary focus on Inventory Preparation while also assisting in warehouse operations, eCommerce fulfilment, and technical pre-processing.
This role enhances the operational flow across warehouse, technical, and eCommerce functions—ensuring accurate listings, smooth fulfilment, proper device sorting, and efficient stock handling
1. Technical Operations Support (Light Technical Tasks)
Perform simple visual & functional tests (battery check, boot-up, display check).
Grade devices per internal cosmetic & functional grading standards.
Perform accurate device check-in, tagging, and logging into inventory systems.
2. RMA & Returns Support
Support RMA workflows including documentation, updating records, and preparing items for returns.
Pack and schedule RMA shipments.
Track RMA status and update the Warehouse Executive.
3. Buyback & Stock Processing
Receive and process traded-in/buyback electronics, ensuring accurate labelling and SKU management.
Create/maintain SKUs and ensure device data is complete for posting & processing.
Ensure devices are inventory-ready for the next stage: testing → repair → resale → eCommerce listing.
Support cycle counts, stock audits, variance checks, and discrepancy investigations.
Work closely with technical teams for device testing, refurbishment, and quality control.
Maintain accurate records for all buyback transactions in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001.
4. Sustainability in Sorting
Sort, categorise, and label devices according to internal standards and sustainability sorting guidelines (reuse / upcycle / donation / recycle), inspired by myhalo’s sustainability workflow.
Manage device movement within the warehouse
Maintain proper inventory shelving, arrangement, and safety standards
Track and report on volumes and weight of devices processed for sustainability reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in processing workflows.
Buyback: Processing speed and accuracy for traded-in items.
Warehousing: inventory accuracy
Logistics: Order fulfilment accuracy and turnaround time.
Sustainability: Volume of devices successfully reused/upcycled, % reduction in waste.
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field.
Strong attention to detail in inventory, data entry, and documentation.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.
Basic understanding of ICT devices (training provided).
Able to use Google Sheets, Docs, and digital tools to present operational data effectively & clearly.
Good communication skills and ability to support cross‑functional teams.
Experience in eCommerce or logistics an advantage.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 processes preferred.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and the circular economy.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $1800 – $3000/month
