Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Storekeeper to manage inventory operations. You will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, tools, and components critical to production flows. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Logistics or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to operate a forklift are advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Ability to operate forklift or other material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas.
• Issue materials to production teams based on job orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
