Responsibilities
- Coordinate provision scheduling, setup, and communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for dedicated provision providers to maintain service standards.
- Perform discovery and research to identify potential new port itineraries that align with operational goals.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Logistics, Trade Compliance, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination across functions.
- Ensure accuracy of purchase order (PO) data and work closely with Expeditors to monitor standard shipments and manage expedited logistics requests.
- Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Engage in cross-training initiatives to support onboard hotel stores operations and promote team flexibility.
- Oversee the Coupa Ordering System and receipt processes for third-party food and beverage vendors.
- Organize and facilitate staff meetings with Hotel Stores Managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of training programs to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Must have 3+ years of experience in the cruise line industry or back-of-house food and beverage operations
- Experience in hotel logistics, inventory, warehousing, 3PL, hotel storekeeping
- Operational excellence with existing cruise line's and provisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Proficient computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and various databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills
