Job summary

A logistics and inventory management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced inventory control personnel responsible for managing inventory discrepancies, reporting, and analysis. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment and be proficient in MS Office. A forklift license and experience with DYNAMICS ERP/WMS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related administrative experience in warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience in high volume inventory coordination work.
• Able to multi-task with excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle count and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Responsible for inventory control, adjustment, reporting and analysis
• Responsible for inventory transaction, such as goods receipt and goods return notes
• Ensure proper labelling, storage and rotation of inventory.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock transfers
• Assisting in the driver's morning load. (short pick and unfound stock)
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related administrative experience in warehouse/distribution environment
• Experience in high volume inventory coordination work
• Able to multi-task with excellent coordination skills
• Good with MS office such as Words and Excel
• Knowledge in DYNAMICS ERP/WMS will be advantaged
• Meticulous and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable working in warehouse environment
• Forklift license is an advantage
