Job summary

You will manage inventory, handle stock movements, and safely transport goods to various destinations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class 3 driving licence, have warehouse experience, and be capable of operating forklift equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 3 or higher driving licence with a clean record.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods against delivery documentation and system records.
• Organising and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment per customer requirements
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Driving company vehicles to transport goods to customers, distribution centres, or designated locations
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance and reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and vehicle
• Adhering to safety protocols and lifting procedures to prevent injuries
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure stowage
• Assisting with warehouse housekeeping and organisation of stock areas
