Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Administrator to handle day-to-day inventory operations, maintain records, and conduct cycle counts. Candidates must have a Diploma and prior experience in inventory or logistics, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This position requires commitment to work on alternate Saturdays. • Location: Boon Lay
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm, Alternate Say half day

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day inventory administration.
• Prepare, update and maintain the inventory records.
• Timely update the stock movements and escape stock ageing or excessive stocks to Executive/Manager for next action.
• Involve in the cycle count activities.
• Prepare basic analysis related to the inventory movement.
• Any adhoc tasks or projects related to inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma education in any fields.
• Prior experience in inventory, logistics or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Able to commit 5 and alternate Saturday (half day).
