Main Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle inventory operations, including maintaining accurate records, managing safety stock levels, verifying item codes, and leading annual stock takes.
• Monitor stock turnover and sales data, investigate quantity discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports to ensure accuracy.
• Manage purchase orders and payment processes in coordination with Finance, and liaise with forwarders to plan shipping schedules.
• Identify and implement operational changes to maximize efficiency and lower costs.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience as a financial controller or relevant.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; meticulous and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a bonus.
